With hardly any time for meal prep/cooking, my husband and I signed up for Bites by Bre, and boy was it 100% worth it! Bre prepared delicious healthy meals that we could enjoy for dinner or lunch. Her food is SO tasty and the portions are super generous. And, it’s affordable!! She is such a talented chef! I highly recommend Bites by Bre.

Bites by Bre is TERRIFIC. My husband surprised me with a week of meals for Mother’s Day and I was blown away. Everything was positively delicious. We loved the bold flavors, the health-conscious preparation, the easy of reheating/serving and the overall food quality and taste. It is so convenient to receive the meals directly to our door and we had so much fun reading the labels and picking what we would eat each night. We took pictures of everything for our families, too :) We had trouble choosing our favorite dishes--they were all so outstanding. I am a big veggie fan, so I loved how every single meal included a nice balance of greens. We both are hearty eaters and the portions were appropriate. We had leftovers for a small portion for lunch for one person of the chicken and the lamb meatballs. Everything else was devoured the night we reheated it. An absolute MUST!!!!

Bre is truly one of the top gifted artists of the Providence food world! Her creativity in blending exotic flavors from different cultures combined with her flare for making a catered meal feel like it was crafted by a private chef is second to none. My wife is a talented chef in her own right, but when I want a special meal that pampers her and allows her to relax, we go to no one else but Bites by Bre!

This is by far the most DELICIOUS, CREATIVE and UNBELIEVABLY UNIQUE food you will ever taste! Bre puts together the most imaginative meals that will have your taste buds dancing with joy! We have tried many different meal services but Bre's is by far the best, bar none! The dishes have so much variety, use such fresh ingredients and are very healthy. She mixes up the ingredients very delicately and balances the flavors in such a way we have never seen before - each dish is extremely flavorful. We are so thrilled (and lucky) to have found Bre and plan to use her for years to come! She is an unbelievable find (she would win hands down if she entered shows like Chopped...not kidding!).

Delicious, healthy and made with love! My sister and I live on the west coast, so when we decided to fly home to RI for an impromptu family reunion, we wanted to make hosting as easy as possible for our parents. My sister found Bites by Bre and the dishes were soooo good! We got the caprese guacamole (I live in the Southwest so believe me when I say, this guacamole knocked it out of the park), smoky babaganoush, herbed farro and kale salad (these 2 were my favorite) Tuscan chicken and apple crumble. Bre was easy to coordinate with, a lovely person to meet, and made drop off and pick up effortless. As someone who eats very healthy, it’s nice to have that combination of food that is both delicious but also does not leave you feeling sluggish or heavy. I highly recommend her for any catering needs.

We hired Bre and her amazing team to cater for our wedding during this past summer - we had a beautiful reception but her food stole the show, many of our guests said that it was the best food they have ever had at any event. Bre was extremely helpful going beyond her scope of work to make sure everything was perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better person. If you are looking for a great caterer or just some amazing food to try, I cannot recommend Bites by Bre enough. Every dish she concocted was delicious, meaningful to us, and had her special touch that made it incredible. We will be repeat customers for life :)

Honestly, words cannot describe our amazing experience with Bre, but I’ll give it a shot! We discovered Bites by Bre through our wedding site tour and booking. From the moment we met Bre, we loved her energy. She’s spunky, witty, and has a creativity to everything she does. There was no question we wanted her as our cater, especially since we wanted the wedding to be an experience. Damn did she deliver! Her correspondence was consistent and always a joy to read - even her emails are artful! We did a phone interview with her, answering questions about ourselves, family, interests while swapping stories. She truly wants to know you as a person. This is part of her magic, because from our hour or so conversation, she created the most personalized menu. There were nuggets of first dates, family heritage, and traditions sprinkled through the evening. It truly felt like a homage to us. Amidst the wedding planning, I overheard women at the gym taking about “the best wedding cater ever” and turns out, they too were referring to Bre. It’s not just them or us that can’t get over how incredible the food and service was, our guests have been raving too. Many commenting on the uniqueness, the intricate pairings of flavor, and how mouth watering great everything was. She was mindful of allergies, dietary restrictions, and every guest left joyously full. Ultimately, I could go on for ages about Bre’s food and how I’ve been thinking about some dishes since the wedding over a month ago. Her ability to listen and transform a tidbit of a conversation into a masterful dessert surprise was a highlight. Bre isn’t simply a cater, she is an incredibly kind human and thoughtful listener. I am so grateful we were able to have her as a part of our biggest days yet. Legit, we have been dreaming up ways to have her cater as many future events as we can come up with. Without a doubt, Bites by Bre is the best of the best. 1000% hire her for anything and everything you can.

Chef Bre created an incredible, delicious, and romantic dinner experience for my partner’s birthday. From the menu planning process, helping lay out the room and making sure the secret was preserved, through her leaving the kitchen spotless I could not be happier that I worked with Bre for this dinner. Her creativity with foods, flavors and texture blew us away with every course. She created a 5 course meal for us that was delicious and just kept getting better. There was not a single thing we didn’t love. Chef Bre clearly cares so deeply about food and the experience a good meal can create and we feel very lucky to have experienced it. She really took the information I provided about favorite flavors and foods And made a meal that had my partner written all over it in it. Thank you Chef Bre for helping making an important night a memory we well hold on to forever.

Bre and her team catered our wedding - and five stars isn't enough !! Before the day, we dealt with several changes and unseen hurdles, and Bre took each adjustment and made it into something better. Her vision and professionalism is exemplary. She created a menu that spoke to us as individuals (including a lot of our favorite foods and flavors), and was also so memorable to guests that people couldn't stop coming up to us to share how amazing the food was. On top of that, the service that she and her team offered was warm, professional, and detailed. They truly went above & beyond for us. We are so lucky to have found Bre, and will never forget how she used her magic to bring our family & friends together on that day.

I have tried to write this review a few times but it seems I can't properly find the words to even come remotely close to giving Bre the praise and love she deserves but I will do my very best. Bre was recommended by the owner of the place my husband and I got married at. Little did we know then that Bre would be our absolute, by far, favorite part of our already, nearly perfect (maybe we're slightly biased), wedding day. My husband and I are big foodies and we knew we wanted our wedding day to be very much focused on the food aspect of the day. Bre and I spoke on the phone for over an hour where she asked questions all about who my husband and I were as people, where we loved to travel, the food we ate growing up etc etc. She then presented me with a menu that was personal and truly represented me and my husbands backround growing up mixed with all of our current favorite foods. Choosing certain dishes from the menu was probably the hardest part of our wedding planning but I knew even then, there was no wrong choices. I am not lying when I say that every guest I spoke with brought up how absolutely incredible and unique the food was and how amazing Bre and her team were. Months later our friends and family are still raving about it as are we. If I could replay that feast over and over again, I would. I could go on and on about how incredible Bre's food is and how I wish I could eat it for every meal, but something that will stick with me perhaps even more than her food, is who Bre is as a person. From the moment I spoke on the phone with her I instantly knew she was my kinda human. She is hilarious, kind, witty, (did I mention a food wizard?) helpful, and helped and talked me through so much of the planning of my wedding day. I am so grateful our paths crossed and I promise you hiring Bre will be the absolute best decision of your wedding day. DO IT!
